Growth Marketing Manager

Lead and scale our performance marketing efforts across multiple D2C brands, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth across global markets.

About the Role

We're looking for a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to join our marketing team in Hanoi. You'll be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across our portfolio of D2C brands in 10+ global markets.

As a key member of our marketing team, you'll own the full funnel - from top-of-funnel awareness campaigns to conversion optimization and retention strategies. You'll work closely with our brand managers, creative team, and data analysts to test, learn, and scale winning campaigns while maintaining healthy CAC and ROAS metrics.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies across paid social (Meta, TikTok), paid search (Google, Bing), and programmatic channels
Manage and optimize 6-7 figure monthly ad spend budgets across multiple brands and markets
Design and run A/B tests on ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and conversion funnels to continuously improve performance
Build and manage influencer and affiliate marketing programs to expand reach and drive cost-effective acquisitions
Develop email and SMS marketing automation workflows to improve customer retention and lifetime value
Analyze campaign performance data, generate actionable insights, and present recommendations to leadership
Collaborate with creative team to brief and develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages
Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging channels to maintain competitive advantage

What We're Looking For

4+ years of experience in growth/performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce or D2C brands
Proven track record of managing and scaling paid media campaigns with $100K+ monthly budgets
Expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager
Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, data visualization tools, and attribution modeling
Experience with email/SMS marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Attentive, or similar)
Understanding of unit economics, CAC/LTV ratios, and e-commerce metrics
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Self-starter mentality with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Nice to Have

Experience marketing to US, EU, or global audiences
Experience with Shopify ecosystem and apps
Knowledge of influencer marketing and UGC strategies
Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page tools
SQL or data querying skills for deeper analysis
Background in fashion, lifestyle, or home goods industries
