Senior Product Designer

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing design team in Hanoi. You'll be responsible for creating beautiful, intuitive experiences across our portfolio of D2C brands—from e-commerce storefronts to mobile apps and marketing touchpoints. This is an opportunity to work on products that reach millions of customers globally.

As a key member of our design team, you'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and brand strategists to define and execute the visual direction of our products. You'll have the autonomy to make meaningful design decisions while being supported by a team that values craft, creativity, and user-centered thinking.

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to launch, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design
Create and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints and product experiences
Design responsive e-commerce experiences optimized for conversion across web and mobile platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into elegant, user-centered solutions
Conduct user testing, analyze feedback and data to iterate and improve designs continuously
Create high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design specifications for engineering handoff
Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a strong design culture within the team

What We're Looking For

5+ years of product design experience, preferably in e-commerce, D2C, or consumer products
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work with measurable impact
Expert proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and prototyping features
Solid understanding of design systems, UI patterns, and accessibility best practices
Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript)
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) for cross-team collaboration
Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

Experience with motion design and micro-interactions (After Effects, Lottie, Framer Motion)
Background in brand design, visual identity, or graphic design
Experience with Shopify theme customization and e-commerce UX
Knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing
Experience designing for international/multi-language audiences
Illustration or 3D design skills
