Brand Manager

Own and grow one of our D2C brands from strategy to execution, building a brand that resonates with consumers across global markets.

About the Role

We're looking for a passionate Brand Manager to take ownership of one of our D2C brands in our portfolio. You'll be responsible for the end-to-end brand strategy - from product development and positioning to marketing and customer experience - driving growth while building a brand that consumers genuinely love.

As a Brand Manager at MISEN, you'll act as the CEO of your brand. You'll work cross-functionally with our product development, marketing, creative, and operations teams to bring your brand vision to life and scale it across 10+ global markets. This is a high-impact role where your decisions directly influence revenue and brand equity.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans
Own the P&L for your brand, managing budgets and driving profitable growth
Lead product development initiatives - identify market opportunities, define product requirements, and oversee launches
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and inform strategic decisions
Collaborate with marketing team to develop campaigns, creative assets, and content strategies
Define and optimize the customer journey across all touchpoints from awareness to retention
Analyze brand performance metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
Build and maintain brand guidelines ensuring consistency across all channels and markets

What We're Looking For

4+ years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or related roles
Proven track record of building or growing consumer brands, preferably in D2C or e-commerce
Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate insights into actionable brand strategies
Experience with P&L management and understanding of e-commerce unit economics
Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from data and customer research
Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership mentality and bias for action

Nice to Have

Experience in fashion, apparel, accessories, or lifestyle product categories
Experience marketing to US, EU, or international audiences
Background in product development or supply chain
Experience with Shopify and e-commerce platforms
Knowledge of performance marketing and digital advertising
MBA or relevant advanced degree
