Website Content Writer (English)

Join our content team as an intern to create compelling English content for our D2C brand websites, product pages, and marketing materials reaching global audiences.

About the Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer Intern to join our marketing team in Hanoi. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates who are passionate about writing, e-commerce, and building global brands.

As a Content Writer Intern, you'll work closely with our brand managers and marketing team to create engaging English content for our portfolio of D2C brands. You'll write product descriptions, website copy, blog articles, email campaigns, and social media content that resonates with international customers across North America, Europe, and other markets.

What You'll Do

Write compelling product descriptions and website copy that drives conversions for our e-commerce brands
Create engaging blog articles and SEO-optimized content to improve organic search rankings
Develop email marketing copy and newsletters that engage and retain customers
Write social media captions and ad copy for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok campaigns
Research competitors, market trends, and target audiences to inform content strategy
Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, grammar, and brand voice consistency
Collaborate with designers and marketers to create cohesive brand messaging

What We're Looking For

Final-year student or recent graduate in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields
Excellent English writing skills with native-level or near-native proficiency (IELTS 7.0+ or equivalent)
Strong understanding of grammar, punctuation, and writing for different tones and audiences
Creative mindset with ability to write persuasive, engaging content
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently
Eagerness to learn about e-commerce, D2C brands, and digital marketing
Available to work full-time (minimum 3-6 months commitment)

Nice to Have

Previous writing experience (personal blog, school newspaper, freelance projects)
Basic understanding of SEO principles and keyword research
Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, Shopify)
Interest in fashion, lifestyle, home goods, or consumer products
Experience with AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.)
