Video Editor (Intern)

About the Role

We're looking for a creative and motivated Video Editor Intern to join our creative team in Hanoi. This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring video editors who are passionate about short-form content, social media trends, and e-commerce advertising.

You'll be creating engaging video ads and organic content for our portfolio of D2C brands, working on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. You'll learn from experienced marketers and creatives while getting hands-on experience with real campaigns that reach millions of viewers globally.

This internship is designed to develop your skills rapidly - top performers may be offered a full-time position upon completion.

What You'll Learn & Do

Edit and produce short-form video content (15-60 seconds) for TikTok, Reels, and paid social ads
Transform raw UGC (User Generated Content) and product footage into polished, high-converting ad creatives
Add captions, text overlays, sound effects, and music to enhance video engagement
Research and stay updated on trending sounds, effects, and formats across social platforms
Create multiple variations of ads for A/B testing (different hooks, CTAs, lengths)
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and brand guidelines
Organize and manage video assets, project files, and content libraries
Learn performance marketing concepts and how creative impacts ad performance

What We're Looking For

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Media, Film, Communications, or related field
Basic proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve)
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form video trends
Creative eye with strong sense of pacing, timing, and visual storytelling
Portfolio or samples of previous video work (personal projects, school work, or social media content welcome)
Eager to learn, open to feedback, and excited about e-commerce and digital marketing
Ability to work full-time (minimum 3-month commitment, 6 months preferred)
Basic English reading/writing skills (for understanding brand guidelines and ad copy)

Bonus Points

Experience creating content for your own TikTok/Instagram account
Basic motion graphics or animation skills
Photography or videography skills
Interest in fashion, lifestyle, or home decor products
Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or graphic design tools
