Supply Chain Analyst

Optimize our global supply chain operations, manage inventory across multiple fulfillment centers, and drive operational excellence for our portfolio of D2C brands.

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our operations team in Texas. You'll play a critical role in managing and optimizing our end-to-end supply chain - from manufacturer to customer doorstep - ensuring we deliver exceptional experiences across 10+ global markets.

As a key member of our operations team, you'll work with data to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, manage vendor relationships, and identify cost-saving opportunities. You'll collaborate with our fulfillment partners, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure products flow seamlessly through our supply chain while maintaining healthy margins and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Analyze sales data and market trends to develop accurate demand forecasts and inventory replenishment plans
Monitor and optimize inventory levels across multiple 3PL fulfillment centers to minimize stockouts and overstock situations
Coordinate with overseas manufacturers on production schedules, quality control, and shipment timelines
Manage international freight and logistics, including ocean, air, and ground shipping across US, EU, and APAC regions
Track and analyze key supply chain metrics (lead times, fill rates, inventory turnover, landed costs) and report to leadership
Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities in procurement, shipping, and warehousing
Manage relationships with 3PL partners, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth operations
Support new product launches by coordinating initial inventory allocation and distribution strategies

What We're Looking For

2-4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations, preferably in e-commerce or consumer goods
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field
Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling)
Experience with inventory management systems, ERP, or order management platforms
Understanding of international trade, customs regulations, and import/export procedures
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with international vendors and partners
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work flexible hours to coordinate with overseas suppliers (Asia time zones)

Nice to Have

Experience with Shopify Fulfillment Network or similar e-commerce logistics
SQL or data visualization skills (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
Experience working with manufacturers in China or Vietnam
APICS, CSCP, or other supply chain certifications
Knowledge of demand planning software (NetSuite, SAP, Inventory Planner)
Background in apparel, fashion, or home goods supply chain
