Growth Marketing (Creative & Product Strategy)

About the Role

We're seeking a Growth Marketing specialist with a focus on Creative & Product Strategy to join our team in Hanoi. This role sits at the intersection of brand storytelling, product positioning, and performance marketing - you'll be responsible for developing creative strategies that drive customer acquisition while building strong brand equity.

You'll work closely with our media buyers, designers, and brand managers to develop winning creative concepts, identify product-market fit opportunities, and craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences across global markets.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who understands both the art and science of marketing - combining creative intuition with analytical rigor to scale D2C brands from launch to market leadership.

What You'll Do

Develop and own the creative strategy for paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging platforms
Lead product positioning and messaging strategy for new product launches and existing SKU optimization
Analyze creative performance data to identify winning concepts, hooks, and formats - then scale what works
Brief and collaborate with in-house designers and external creators on ad creative production
Build and manage UGC creator programs, sourcing authentic content that converts
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify creative trends and whitespace opportunities
Develop creative testing frameworks and maintain a structured approach to iteration
Collaborate with product team on packaging, product photography, and unboxing experience optimization
Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, creative best practices, and emerging ad formats

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in growth marketing, creative strategy, or brand marketing for e-commerce/D2C
Proven track record of developing high-performing ad creatives that drove measurable business results
Deep understanding of social media platforms, ad formats, and what makes content perform
Strong copywriting skills with ability to craft compelling hooks, headlines, and CTAs
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret creative performance data and derive actionable insights
Experience briefing designers, video editors, and working with UGC creators
Excellent English communication skills - you'll be creating content for US/EU audiences
Passionate about consumer brands, trends, and what makes products go viral

Nice to Have

Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Background in design or visual arts
Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns
Experience with influencer marketing and creator partnerships
Knowledge of consumer psychology and persuasion principles
Personal interest in fashion, lifestyle, or home goods categories
