About the Product Design Team
The product design team designs for people who need to make decisions, understand complexity, and trust the systems they use. AI makes design harder and more important: users need to understand what a system is suggesting, why it is suggesting it, what could go wrong, and what they can control.
This role is for a designer who can simplify complex systems without oversimplifying the truth. You will work closely with engineers and business stakeholders to shape products from early discovery through shipped UI.
What You'll Design
- Dashboards, workflow tools, approval flows, and operational interfaces.
- AI interaction patterns for suggestions, reasoning, confidence, and user action.
- Empty states, error states, loading states, permission states, and audit-friendly interactions.
- Reusable design system patterns for internal and external product surfaces.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end product flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI in Figma.
- Translate complex workflow requirements into clear product experiences.
- Own UX writing for AI explanations, user actions, and system states.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ship high-quality product experiences quickly.
Portfolio Signals We Look For
- Complex workflows made simple without hiding important details.
- Dashboard, SaaS, enterprise, analytics, internal tool, or automation product work.
- Clear case studies showing problem framing, trade-offs, iteration, and impact.
- Strong UI craft paired with systems thinking.
You May Be a Good Fit If You
- Have 4+ years of product design, UX/UI, or B2B SaaS design experience.
- Have strong Figma skills and strong product judgment.
- Can make complex systems feel understandable.
- Are comfortable working with ambiguity and fast iteration.
Strong candidates may also have
- Experience designing AI products, developer tools, analytics products, automation platforms, enterprise software, or design systems.
- Experience with UX writing, information architecture, design systems, or research synthesis.
Candidates need not have
- A formal AI research background.
- Experience with every AI product pattern.
- A perfectly linear career path.
Logistics
Minimum education: College diploma, associate degree, vocational training in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience demonstrated through shipped design work, portfolio case studies, product ownership, design systems, or professional training.
Minimum years of experience: 4+ years of product design, UX/UI, or B2B SaaS design experience. Seniority will be assessed based on product judgment, case study depth, systems thinking, and communication.
Location-based hybrid policy: Hanoi hybrid is preferred. Remote-flexible arrangements can be considered for exceptional candidates in Vietnam.
Compensation: Annual Salary USD $20,000 - $32,000 gross. This range is base annual gross salary. The compensation package also includes guaranteed 13th-month salary and may include performance-based bonus depending on company and individual results.
