About the Growth Domain Team
The growth and domain team brings real-world operating knowledge into product development. We need people who understand paid media, ecommerce, and growth operations from lived experience: the difference between a metric that looks interesting and a signal that changes what a team should do next.
You will work closely with product and engineering teams to turn messy growth knowledge into structured rules, decision frameworks, feedback loops, and practical product requirements.
What You'll Shape
- Growth decision frameworks, campaign diagnosis logic, and operational playbooks.
- Product requirements for dashboards, alerts, recommendations, reports, and workflow tools.
- Evaluation criteria for whether a system-generated insight is useful, risky, or wrong.
- Feedback loops between real operators, product teams, and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyze growth and paid media workflows to identify repeatable patterns and decision points.
- Review campaign performance logic, recommendations, and operational playbooks.
- Define what good looks like for insights, alerts, reports, and action recommendations.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to translate domain expertise into requirements.
- Support testing, feedback, and quality review for growth-related tools and workflows.
Representative Contributions
- Turn a recurring campaign optimization pattern into a decision tree or playbook.
- Review product-generated recommendations and explain which are useful, risky, or misleading.
- Help define the metrics, thresholds, and context needed for trustworthy growth insights.
- Train product and engineering teams on how operators actually make growth decisions.
You May Be a Good Fit If You
- Have 4+ years of performance marketing, growth marketing, or ecommerce experience.
- Have strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Can diagnose campaign issues using spend, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, AOV, and revenue.
- Communicate clearly with both business and technical teams.
- Enjoy turning messy operational knowledge into structured systems.
Strong candidates may also have
- Experience with Shopify, TikTok Ads, Amazon Ads, GA4, attribution tools, creative testing, CRO, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation.
- Experience writing briefs, playbooks, performance reviews, campaign postmortems, or training materials.
Candidates need not have
- A software engineering background.
- Experience with every ad channel or analytics tool.
- A perfectly linear career path.
Logistics
Minimum education: College diploma, associate degree, vocational training in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience demonstrated through campaign ownership, growth operations, ecommerce work, analytics, or professional training.
Minimum years of experience: 4+ years of performance marketing, growth marketing, or ecommerce experience. Seniority will be assessed based on campaign judgment, analytical depth, communication, and operating experience.
Location-based hybrid policy: Hanoi hybrid is preferred. Remote-flexible arrangements can be considered for exceptional candidates in Vietnam.
Compensation: Annual Salary USD $20,000 - $35,000 gross. This range is base annual gross salary. The compensation package also includes guaranteed 13th-month salary and may include performance-based bonus depending on company and individual results.
