Senior Product Designer

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for creating beautiful, intuitive experiences across our portfolio of D2C brands. This is an opportunity to work on products that reach millions of customers globally.

As a key member of our design team, you'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and brand strategists to define and execute the visual direction of our products. You'll have the autonomy to make meaningful design decisions while being supported by a team that values craft and creativity.

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to launch, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design
Create and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into elegant solutions
Conduct user testing and iterate based on feedback and analytics
Mentor junior designers and contribute to team culture

What We're Looking For

5+ years of product design experience, preferably in e-commerce or consumer products
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
Expert proficiency in Figma, with experience in prototyping tools
Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, basic JS)
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Experience working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment

Nice to Have

Experience with motion design and animation
Background in brand design or visual identity
Experience with Shopify or e-commerce platforms
